For those who wish to sell on BTOS consignment sales

This service allows Bit Trade One (hereinafter referred to as BTO) to sell the doujin hardware you have designed, developed, and manufactured on your behalf through the direct sales site BTOS.

  • Apply to various Bit Trade One campaigns, such as seasonal sales (at no cost to sellers)
  • Coupon code issuing service for seller's own campaigns (at seller's expense)
  • Notification service for optimal delivery quantity based on sales forecast

  • Support for public relations activities such as following up on exhibitors' social media activities and announcing exhibitor campaigns

Process leading up to the start of sales

The process leading up to the start of sales is as follows:
  1. Submit the first application form (product overview, etc.)
  2. Bit Trade One internal verification process
  3. Submit a second application form (for more information, support, etc.)
  4. Creating and checking the sales page
  5. First delivery of product
  6. Sales page published and sales started

First, please apply using this form.

If you do not have any information, please state that and we will be happy to assist you with your application.

Bit Trade One internal verification process

Bit Trade One will conduct internal verification based on the information you provide in your application.
mainly,
"Is there a possibility that this may violate the law?"
Is it durable enough to withstand storage and shipping?
"Is there sufficient information on assembling and using the product?"
We will check the following:
It may take between 2 weeks and 1 month.
Once the review is complete, we will let you know whether the item can be listed or not, and if so, the number of items BTO would like to deliver.
The desired delivery quantity is just a hope, so please use it as a guideline.
Please note that the shipping costs for delivery to our company will be borne by the customer.

Submit a secondary form (for more information, support, etc.)

We will share a template Google Docs file with creators who will be exhibiting their work, so please fill it out.
(You can also submit in Word or Markdown format.)

Creating and checking the sales page

We will create a sales page for the BTOS Self-Digital Marketplace based on the Google Doc you shared with us and share a preview page with you.

First delivery of product

In parallel with filling out the second form, please send us your first shipment.
The product must be fully packed and ready to ship.
・Depending on the product, please take careful measures such as using packaging materials to prevent damage due to vibration.
・Please separate small parts such as screws into small bags to prevent them from moving around.
・If you include a few extra small parts, it may be easier to provide support.


Sales page published and sales started

Once the final confirmation of the sales page and initial delivery is complete, sales can begin.
Let's actively promote the sale on social media, etc. (We also support BTO).
