Electronics Kit Inspection and Repair Information



If the electronic kit you created doesn't work,

First, double-check to make sure there are no parts installed incorrectly or incorrectly.



◇ Checking the condition of the solder

◇ Is the USB cable only for charging?

◇ Check if the device is in bootloader mode

◇Are you using it on a conductive object such as metal?

◇Incorrect installation of multiple parts such as resistors

◇Installation direction of polarized parts

◇Check the soldering condition again, etc.

(The majority of problems are due to poor soldering.)



If you are unable to determine the cause of the defect, Bit Trade One will accept your request for repair or inspection.



Kits priced at less than 5,000 yen (excluding tax) and out-of-warranty inspection and repairs are subject to a basic fee of 2,500 yen + shipping (for return shipping)

For kits priced at 5,000 yen or more (excluding tax) and out-of-warranty inspection and repairs, the basic fee is 3,500 yen + shipping (for return shipping)

For kits with a retail price of 10,000 yen or more (excluding tax), please contact us by email.


*Even if the inspection finds that there are no repairs to be made, the above fee (basic inspection and repair fee) will still be incurred.

Before requesting repairs, please double-check that you are using the product correctly.



About repairs

Depending on the condition of the product, it may be replaced with a good product rather than repaired.

Please be aware of this.


Repair completion date

The amount of work required to complete the repair will vary depending on the condition of the product.

Please be aware that it may take approximately two weeks for the item to be returned.

• Please purchase a repair ticket for the amount corresponding to the kit product you purchased.

• When purchasing, please write in the comments section as much detail as possible about your current symptoms and progress .

(Repairs for products from other manufacturers are not supported and cannot be accepted.)

Please note that we will not be responsible for any attachments sent outside of the kit.

Parts may be replaced with current products of equivalent performance.

To avoid damage during transport, please include cushioning material and send the product in a sturdy box.
